    This is bullshit! The body does not NEED carbohydrates! I have now gone 5 months on low carbs/no carbs and lost 30kg/66lbs and gaind muscle and my cardio is better than ever. But following a lowcarb lifestyle is hard and needs dicipline. If you don’t have that then don’t bother. But that is the only way you can eat more kcal then you burn and still loose weight.
