What Are Some Safe Appetite Suppressants?

I have a problem staying full and am looking for some safe/natural appetite suppressants that actually work. Also anything that would help jump start my metabolism.

    Having a diet with good nutrition will give your body what it needs to repair, rebuild and give you energy, so that’s one of the basics that you can learn about that will help you handle your appetitie.
    Fiber is an important part of this and is key to not only feeling full, but for the health of your digestive and elimination systems too.

    Sun exposure, exercise, and green tea can be helpful in suppressing appetite.
    Also you can try chromium and B vitamins.
    And eating foods that fill your belly like oatmeal can make you feel full longer. Whole grains, beans, brown and wild rice, and natural fibers can do this.
