Having a diet with good nutrition will give your body what it needs to repair, rebuild and give you energy, so that’s one of the basics that you can learn about that will help you handle your appetitie.
Fiber is an important part of this and is key to not only feeling full, but for the health of your digestive and elimination systems too.
If you can, try eating several smaller meals or “grazing” on nutritious things throughout the day – this really handles the appetite and is actually best for your metabolism!
Including a small amount of nuts in your diet, (raw is best) also helps with appetite control. Most nuts are a good source of fiber and minerals and the “good” type of dietary fat.
Regular physical activity and drinking enough water also assist tremendously in appetite control!http://www.improving-health-and-energy.c…

Sun exposure, exercise, and green tea can be helpful in suppressing appetite.
Also you can try chromium and B vitamins.
And eating foods that fill your belly like oatmeal can make you feel full longer. Whole grains, beans, brown and wild rice, and natural fibers can do this.
