I am 5′6 and weigh approximately 120 lb so I really don’t want to lose weight… I have a small frame & relatively small chest and hip measurements but have a lot of belly fat. I know that you can’t spot reduce. I was planning on doing some sort of cardio at least 3 times a week in addition to strength training… but won’t I lose weight then? I am more interested in losing inches from my waist than losing weight.
I’m writing an essay about diet pills and wondering how much money does it take to make diet pills compared to the price of buying them. Cite sources please ?
I work out extremely intense in my cardio and strength training, and I stay away from fried foods and junk foods, sodas, juices, I drink lots of water, I’ve been doing all of these qualites for 8 months now. I STILL have a “tummy pooch”, “baby gut” or whatever you want to call it. Anyway, is their REALLY a limit on how much body fat your body will let you lose? Is this hereditary on how much your body fat will go down? No matter how much cardio for how long and how intense, my pooch will not go down. Frustrating.
