Can Taking Diet Pills Make You Gain Weight?

I want to lose around 10 pounds. Lately, I have been hating my body. Right now I weigh 125. I’ve gained 10 pounds recently. I don’t know why, but I’ve been eating a lot lately. But my question is do you think I should take diet pills? I don’t know if it would make me a slower runner though. I know that diet pills would make you lose weight…but would I gain weight after I stop taking them?

The way diet pills work is by basically “dehydrating” your body. They only eliminate water mass – or so-called “bloating”. With their help you get rid of NO actual weight, just “excess” water. As soon as you stop using the pills you’ll just gain it right back. The only actual way to really lose weight is by exercising and keeping your metabolism high by eating smaller, healthier meals at least 5 times a day. Take my advice, don’t waste your money on diet pills. If you want to feel thinner but are only willing to do pills and nothing else, just drink lots of water. It’s a natural way to eliminate bloating.

I have had a lot of success with the Fill Pill. It contains a natural fiber that expands when mixed with water to give you a full feeling. It also contains vitamins and an appetite suppressant.
