Okay first!!! Never take iron, the average person already takes in way too much iron. And too much iron is bad for the liver as well as collecting in the brain. B12 isn’t really what you need for losing weight, remember that muscle is the only way the body has for burning weight! Take protein and exercise just a bit more. The protein will build the muscle and the muscle will burn the fat. Hope this is helpful.

Exercise is the absolute best solution. Try finding a sport or activity that you think you’ll enjoy. If there isn’t anything you like – then a slow jog or brisk walk is just what the body is asking for.
The benefits of regular exercise reach into every area of the body (brain and it’s thought processes, lungs, etc..). Even recent studies suggest that exercise reduces the risk of skin cancer and help those not taking proper care of themselves (such as smokers). It’s an excellent preventative for many illnesses.
Best!

how ’bout some exercise. also make sure your water intake is proper, most people think drinking water gives you water weight, which is true at the beginning because your body is dehydrated, but soon your body will adjust as flush the water. proper hydration is required for weight lose.

Look, healthy weight loss is this one simple formula – burn more calories than you take in. What fat burners and other gimmicks are going to do most for you is to relieve some of the weight in your wallet. You might lose a few pounds initially in fluid but if you want to lose weight and keep it off, get your fat but off the sofa and do a practical exercise routine and watch what and how you eat. Barring any medical conditions this is the best and most long lasting way to lean up. Weight loss isn’t in a pill, it’s in a life style change.

You may not want to hear this, but I think you should just stick to the fundamentals. Diet + Exercise = Sensible Weight Loss. Pretty clever formula, huh? LOL. Seriously, it is much more practical and safe to follow a reasonable regimen. Pills, fat burners, and other diet fads are usually counterproductive and overhyped. Think of the big picture and the long run, not the here and now. Be patient and never give up. Good luck.

Oh… I suggest you have to really know the reason why you want to lose weight… i guess it wouldn’t work if you want to lose weight for someone else… it’s better if you want to lose weight for yourself… to look good & thus will give you more confidence, to be healthy, fit and to live longer & prevent diseases conn. with obesity, etc…
good luck with losing weight
if you already know why then the how follows… but you should have a strong “why” so that when all else fails, you’re still motivated to continue reaching your goal… discipline is important… you have to set reachable goals, not the impossible ones… you have to be able to do it forever… not something that would just last for a few months then you suddenly get tired of doing it because it’s so difficult to do… then you go back to your old habit & gain weight fast… try eating healthy foods… avoid fattening foods of course… but you can eat those in moderation so you don’t punish yourself too much… eat at least 4 or 5 hours before going to sleep… i mean, try not to eat 2 hrs before bedtime so your body will have more time to burn d calories you took in… drink plenty of water to clean your body… eat lotsa fruits & veggies… if you don’t have time to exercise, then try taking the stairs instead of elevators, walking instead of riding a car or parking your car far from the entrance, etc… move as much as you can…dont overeat…

Eat frequently, but in small portions. Exercise 3-5 times per week. You should balance a good cardio workout with strength training. Muscles burn more calories even at rest. Skip the fads and change your life.
