What Are Some Healthy Foods I Can Eat Tomorrow?
I am going to the movies with my mom tomorrow and I want to eat really healthy tomorrow. I want to lose my tummy fat and I want to know how to do that. What are some foods I can eat tomorrow and other days that can help me lose weight and tummy fat fast? Do not say acaiberry or any of those other scams! Thank you so much!!!
P.S. I don’t like green/ white tea. I do like sweet tea, though. Thanks so much!

to lose tummy fat,stay away from white sugar…that would mean sodas,starbucks etc…include vegetables(greens),tomatoes,flax seeds ,oatmeal,fruits in your diet..it might be hard for the first few days but you will get used to it..and not only will you lose that tummy…your skin/hair will also be glowing and healthy. its worth it.

Eggs are the best source of Protein. They will fill you up. Fruits are good to eat because they have tuns of vitamins and nutrients that are bodies need. Bread is good because it is a carbohydrate that will give you energy.Water is always the best thing to drink because it will flush out all of the toxins in our bodies and our brains are 75% water weight. Be Healthy (:
Oh and Some Popcorn at the movies isn’t bad.. Don’t load up on butter and its good because it has ALOT of fiber in it.
