When Ever A Doctor Draws Blood Will It Show The Use Of Diet Pills?

I get blood drawn when I go to the doctor. Will the use of diet pills be detected in the results. They aren’t testing for drugs just like a regular test of electrolytes and potassium stuff like that.

    blood is tested only for what the doctor ordered.

    If the doctor isn’t testing for something specifically, they won’t check the blood sample for miscellaneous compounds. Now, if you’re taking pills that artificially deplete or elevate your electrolytes, that might show an effect and then the doctor might wonder what caused it.
